All of our products are made to order based on your selected design, color, size, and style. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during shipping. Items with names or monograms cannot be returned.

- We do not offer refunds on products that have been used, washed, or worn.
- We do not refund the original or return shipping cost.
- If your product was printed wrong we will reprint according to your specifications with the return of the wrong item.
