Q: Can I custom design a product or alter an existing design?
A: Yes, you can request a custom design and or alter an existing one? On many of our products there is a text box for you to request changes. You may also submit a request by emailing us [email protected].
Q: When will my order be sent?
A: Your order will ship within 1 week of being purchased. However, there are times that we are awaiting supplies. If your wait is expected to be more than 10 days, we will notify you. You may then decided if you would like to cancel your purchase or wait.
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied you may return the product within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. However, if you have worn the product or it has become damaged by use; a refund will not be issued. Products that have been personalized with monograms, names, business information, etc. Can not be returned. Return shipping is not refunded at this time. Please see our return policy for more information.
Q: Are your designs copyrighted?
A: Yes, our designs are copyrighted by us or by the original designer. They can not be sold, transferred or copied without express permission.
Q: Can you use copyrighted images in my design?
A: Yes we can use a copyrighted image if we can obtain permission to do so.
Q: Why do you exclude images that are considered vulgar or offensive?
A: We are a Christian based company and it is very important to us to maintain that standard. Images or phrases that contain nudity, foul language, extreme violence or offensive phrases will not be produced or sold.
Q: Which shipping carrier do you use and to where are you shipping?
A: We current use FedEx and USPS for our shipping needs. We ship worldwide. Please see each carriers webpage for more information.
Q: How do I care for my product once I receive it?
A: The best way to care for a vinyl printed product is to wash inside out. Tumble dry on low eat and avoid extra to the vinyled surface.
Q: How often do you add new designs?
A: We strive to add new designs weekly.
Q: Can I change a designed after I have ordered it?
A: Only if the product is not in the production phase can it be changed. When purchasing a custom product designed just for you, changes can be made anytime prior to production.
Q: How does ordering a custom design work?
A: Email your design request to [email protected]. Once we have received your request you will receive a design concept image for you to view. Changes can be made at any point before production occurs. Once a final design has been selected you will be invoiced for payment. Payments must be made prior to production.
Q: Can you produce other items other than your shirts?
A: Yes, we have the ability to place a design on any smooth surface including tote bags, backpacks, hats, glassware, and more. Please email us for more information about those products.
Q: Do you offer services to groups and organizations?
A: Yes. We also offer group discounts.
Q: Can you produce for team sports?
A: Yes, we can produce jerseys, and other team apparel if the product you are requesting in available. Our vendor offers so of those products. Please email us for more information.
